Each turnover covers the whole house:
- Kitchen: dishes washed and put away, appliances wiped inside and out, counters and sinks cleaned, trash and recycling removed
- Bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks and mirrors cleaned and disinfected, fresh towels set out
- Bedrooms: beds stripped and made with clean linens
- Living areas: floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, furniture reset
- Entry and mudroom: boot trays emptied, floors cleaned of snow, sand and mud
- A final walk-through to check that the house matches your listing photos
After each clean, we send you photos, so you can see the house is ready without making the trip yourself.
